How to pay for services in SberBank Online?

You can top up your phone and pay for TV and many other services in SberBank Online app at any moment and without fees. We'll tell you how to do it.

How to top up your mobile phone?

You can top up numbers of mobile carriers registered in Russia, as well as those from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.

  • To top up your phone, tap: Payments → Mobile Communications → Mobile Communications, Top Up Any Number.
  • To top up someone else's phone, tap: Payments → Mobile Communications → Top Up Mobile Phone → Enter the phone number and the amount.

  • Mobile communications; enter your number or sеlеct from your Contacts and then follow on screen prompts.

How to pay for your relatives' internet and phone?

This service is currently available to customers living in Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan.

How to pay for these services?

  1. Launch the app or sing in SberBank Online profile.
  2. Go to Payments section → Household Expenses → Internet, TV, landline phone → Enter the name of the country in the Search field → sеlеct your carrier and follow on-screen prompts.
  3. The money will be added in a couple of seconds.

How do I pay for the patent?

A patent – is a work permit for non-Russian citizens that is required for work.

Pay for patent

  1. Sеlеct Payments in the main menu. Go to Work and Business.
  2. Go to Work Patents.
  3. Find the payee and tap it.
  4. Sеlеct the local tax office.
  5. Enter this KBK (budget classification code): 182 1 01 02040 01 1000 110. It's the same for all regions.

How to make payments easier

SberBank Online mobile app has services that ensure quick and timely payments.

Autopayment feature helps to automatically pay for mobile communications, work patents, utilities, landline phone and internet, loans from other banks, traffic police fines, taxes and other services.

The fees are lower than those offered in branches: 0-1%, max ₽ 500.

You can use Autopayment feature to top up your phone automatically:

  • For a fixed amount. Set the amount, for example, your monthly fee.
  • According to the bill. The carrier will send the recommended amount to the bank based on your plan and any additional services you used.
  • Upon reaching minimal balance. Set a minimal balance for your phone, for example ₽ 50. When your balance hits this limit, your card will be automatically charged with a fixed amount, for example ₽ 350. Both amounts should be set by you.

In SberBank Online profile: Personal menu on the right side of the scteen → My Autopayments → Enable Autopayment → Mobile Communications → Sеlеct your mobile carrier and follow on-screen prompts.

Important:

You can change the date when the bank debits your account and the frequency of payments.

Do you want to change the pay date? Just change the date and frequency of autopayments in SberBank Online. You can also change the card that will be debited.

Not enough money on your card on the payment day?

No worries, the autopayment will be executed the next day. Just make sure you add money to your card.

The bill is too high?

If the amount in the bill is larger than the one that you set when you enabled the service, the bank will send an alert. Just confirm the payment by replying with a text message or in SberBank Online app.

You don't have to make a payment the same day you enabled autopayment.

If you have just enabled autopayment and entered today's date but don't want to pay just yet, just decline the payment. But make sure you do it in time. For example, today is 20 July. You have enabled autopayment and set the nearest date as 20 July. The bank sent you a text message or notification on enabling the autopayment and then notification on the next payment. You have two hours to cancel the payment by responding to the message with a cancellation code or in SberBank Online app. If you agree with the first payment on the first day, don't cancel anything: the payment will be made in two hours. You will also have two hours to cancel if you changed or resumed the autopayment that should be executed the same day.

After sending a payment to any service provider in Sberbank Online, the vendor payment details are saved and displayed in My Transactions feed.

With My Transactions feed, you don't have to re-enter payment details.

You can also enable a reminder on the recurring payment for any date and set the frequency of these reminders. This will ensure you don't forget to make critical payments.
